In this 2 hour workshop, we will breakdown how to safely and effectively go into, hold, and exit postures of balance, twists, and backbends.
Balance is more than standing on one foot, it is holding yourself evenly through left and right sides, which each have energetic significance respectively, no matter what circumstances/positions one may be in.
Twisting and backbend require stability the lower/upper body (depending on which is the base) and should be practiced with mindful entry and exits.
These are just a few things we will uncover in this workshop.
All levels welcome. No experience required.
