Service Description

Connect body with spirit through breath to movement flow and pranayama. Vinyasa - breath to movement; to place [breath and body and mind] in a special way. In this 45 minute class, we go through traditional sun salutation A, standing postures, balancing, hip stretching, savasana/meditation. All levels welcome.
